TINKERPIT believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• TINKERPIT does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the TINKERPIT, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?
For Prepaid orders : Refund through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking(Credited to Bank Account), UPI Linked Bank Account in 3-5 business days.
For Cash on Delivery :
Refund through NEFT to Bank Account 2-4 Business Days.
Refund through Paper Cheque 8-10 Business Days.
Cancellation Policy
For Customers :
You can cancel items or orders that haven't shipped by asking the store owner to place a cancel request on your behalf.
For Store owners :
Call on the given number to place a cancellation request.
The customer service associate will confirm if the specific order has already been shipped or not.
If the order is not yet out for delivery, the customer service associate will cancel the order.
Note: You can inform the customer that his order is successfully cancelled.
If the order is already out for delivery, the customer service associate will create an order cancellation request. Accept the package if it reaches your store. It will automatically be picked up for return by our delivery associate after 7 days. There will be no refund as order was placed via Cash on Delivery payment mode.

Availability of Internet banking, UPI Payments and COD.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPMENT OPTIONS?
We have many shipment partners for shipping products all over India. For locals (5-10 km) products will be delivered within 1-2 Days and for above 10 km shipment and delivery will be 3-8 Days after placing your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Ans. If parts are missing or parts have broken during shipment.​

Ans. If a product is not working properly.​

What products are “final sale” ?
Ans. Non returnable or non exchangable products are final sale which as 3D Printed parts and some electronic components (while buying product please read it carefully return policy)​
